Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of doing a talk about citizen lobbying for the Junior League Western Regional Conference. Soon after, I did a talk with the San Diego Audubon Society as part of their advocacy training program.
These were my first two talks supporting my new book The Empowered Citizens Guide: 10 Steps to Passing a Law that Matters to You, and the response was overwhelming!
From the feedback I got, it's clear that many people are really motivated to make change. They just need the steps to get there.
